Do you even know? Or, maybe you don’t like the answer? You can change direction! The first step in changing your life is realizing you are headed the wrong direction and then decide to make the change. You have the choice to change. You have in you what it takes, you just need to wake it up point it in the right direction.
You may say, I don’t have the strength to make those changes. Many of us have habits or circumstances that place limits and restrictions on us. I want to show you how you can eliminate some things that drain your energy and then show you some things you can add to your life that will increase your energy, emotionally and physically .
2. Eliminate the “shoulds”- as women we are really bad with the shoulds. We beat ourselves up over them. Again the words we use are powerful. Instead of saying “I really should exercise, say “exercise would be so good for me and make me feel better”. If it is important enough to you then set a goal, and make a plan to work towards it, but stop using that word!
3. Set big boundaries in your life. You have a right to say what you will and won’t allow. Boundaries are simply the things people can’t do to you, lines that will protect you and allow you to be your best.
So, ask yourself these questions:
What things bug you that you are going to get rid of?
What shoulds have you been telling yourself?
What boundaries do you need to set?
